I had been off medication and out of therapy for years, and I needed a place where I could talk about personal issues. In November 2004, real-life stress was playing havoc with my emotions and OCD. Now that we are coming at this from the same mindset, please bear with me as I walk you through HOCD. I am a teacher in my real life, and I always spell out the rules early on.
